One on One Personal Training

We offer Private Personal Training and Semi-Private Training : A private highly focused individualized training program is the ideal option for someone who prefers a one on one coaching relationship for specific health concerns or training goals. Sessions last approximately 30-60 minutes depending on your program and include a functional warmup, foam rolling instruction, a workout specific to client needs, and cool down/stretching. Nutritional guidance is provided with all of our training services. 

Our trainers take your fitness goals seriously. We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome those hurdles and reach your goals safely. We analyze your body type, BMI, and metabolism included in your free assessment, to create your individualized fitness plan.

2-3 training sessions per week

Small Group Personal Training

Small Group Personal Training is a fun cost effective way to get personal coaching and a total body strength building, fat burning workout. Committing to a Small Group will keep you accountable, motivated, and having fun working out with others! Small Groups run 30-40 minutes and include a functional warmup, foam rolling instruction, workout and cool down/stretching.

Group Training Times:

6:00am, 7:00am, 8:00am, 9:30am,  6:00pm & 6:30pm

2-3 training sessions per week
Monthly options $199-$279




Yoga classes are appropriate for all fitness levels and ages to improve flexibility, increase strength, tone, improve energy, performance, and stress relief. Drop in and class passes available. Each class is approximately 50 minutes. Mats, blocks, blankets, and straps are provided if needed. First come basis. 

Cost: $15 drop in
