Personal Training is the ideal option for someone who prefers or needs an individualized program for specific concerns, limitations, or training goals. Training sessions run approximately 30-60 minutes depending on the program and include assessment/testing and nutritional guidance.
Small Group Personal Training is a fun cost effective way to get personal coaching and a total body strength building, fat burning workout. Committing to a Small Group will keep you accountable, motivated, and having fun working out with others! Small Groups run 30-40 minutes and include assessments/testing, nutritional guidance, individualized attention, & accountability.

6:00am, 7:00am, 8:00am, 9:00am & 10:00am
Tues & Thurs:
8:00am Cardio Conditioning,
6:00pm Strength Training
1-5 training sessions per week
