One on One Private Training

We offer Private Personal Training and Semi-Private Training : A private highly focused training program is the ideal option for someone who prefers or needs a one on one coaching relationship for specific health concerns or training goals. Sessions run 30 or 50 minutes depending on your program and include a functional warmup, foam rolling instruction, an individualized workout, and cool down/stretching. Nutritional guidance is provided with all of our training services. 

Our trainers take your fitness goals seriously. We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome those hurdles and reach your goals safely. We analyze your body type, BMI, and metabolism included in your free assessment, to create your individualized fitness plan.

2-3 training sessions per week

Small Group Personal Training

Small Group Personal Training is a fun cost effective way to get personal coaching and a total body strength building, fat burning workout. Committing to a Small Group will keep you accountable, motivated, and having fun working out with others! Small Groups run 30-40 minutes and include a functional warmup, foam rolling instruction, workout and cool down/stretching.

Tues & Thurs:


2-3 training sessions per week
