Tasha Schaded, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Functional Aging Specialist, & Natural Figure Pro

Tasha started her journey in the health and fitness industry after struggling with her own weight issues. Having never been an athlete or had experience working out, losing weight was difficult and overwhelming. She hired a trainer and after seeing amazing results in such a short time she became passionate about wanting to help others achieve the same success. Tasha studied and achieved her National Academy of Sports Medicine Certification and began training in 2008. She challenged herself in 2012 to do a bodybuilding competition and went on to coach other women to reach their goals of walking across the stage. 


Bodybuilding isn't for everyone, but if it's something you're thinking about doing, Tasha not only transforms your body, but transforms and strengthens your mind to love and accept your best self! In 2016, Tasha won the open title, classic title, and overall title in a Musclemainia Natural Figure Competition. 


She's passionate about empowering all people to believe in themselves. Her studio was created to give a private comfortable environment that anyone can come to feel safe and not judged. "My hope is you leave here feeling valued, encouraged, strong, and ready to take on the day!" 


Tasha loves the Lord, is a happy wife, loves to brag on her 3 amazing children, sings at Church Unlimited, enjoys spending time with her friends, and traveling.

Breanne Swathell, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Senior Fitness Specialist, and Women's Fitness Specialist

Bre became a trainer in 2011 in her native state of Michigan. Even after earning her bachelor's degree and leaving college she was still living an extremely unhealthy lifestyle and struggling with anxiety disorder and insomnia. She knew she needed to change and began exercising consistently. Over time as her health improved and her confidence increased so did her desire to help other people and that lead her into a career as a personal trainer. She worked as a trainer at Platypus Fitness Center for 4.5 years with her first client being 80 years young! That initial experience sparked her passion for seniors with a focus on balance and gait training, injury and fall prevention, joint replacement surgery preparation and recovery. Along with senior fitness, Bre also specialized in women's fitness. She works with women of ALL AGES to help them gain strength, build confidence and lose weight. She's passionate about fitness and loves to see others succeed. Her positive attitude and great humor are absolutely contagious and make working with her fun and never dull!

Tammy Hogan, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Geriatric Certified, Strength Training Specialist, TRX, Spin, & Pilates Certified

Tammy started her career as a trainer in 2002. Specialties include post rehab exercises, pre/post natal, strength training, weight loss, and geriatric. Through functional training movements, programs are designed for clients of all levels of fitness. Tammy can help you achieve your goals using a safe functional and fun approach.


Tammy has struggled with gaining an upwards of 60 lbs of weight from depression and anxiety. Exercise and a healthy lifestyle has helped her to control her weight, improve overall well-being, and have more energy.


Motivating others inspires Tammy to keep her sense of renewal!

Nicole Cox, Action Personal Training Certified, NCAA Accredited and Health Sciences Academy Nutritional Therapist

Nicole began her fitness journey at a young age. She began taking aerobics classes with her mother as a teenager and started strength training not long after. It was during this time that her passion for nutrition developed as well. When Nicole taught for Flour 

Bluff ISD, she ran the health and wellness courses, training other faculty members. Nicole’s chief inspiration has been watching her clients’ bodies grow and transform as their training progresses. She loves to work alongside her clients to help them achieve their personal health and fitness goals. You can expect motivation and guidance in building a healthy and strong body, as she focuses on developing your muscles, muscular endurance, and strength training. She works hard to provide results as quickly as possible through progressive weight training, which targets individual muscle groups and aids in sculpting defined glutes, legs, and shoulders. Longevity and health are also focuses of Nicole’s, targeted through training for core strength and balance.

David Madrigal,

David’s fitness journey began in 2016 after struggling with issues with his weight for the majority of his adult life. It was in 2016 that David decided it was time he took control of his health. After a radical lifestyle change, he lost 80 pounds. During this time, he met his fiancée and began training her. Watching his body change inspired him to lead others to their health and fitness goals as well. David is a local islander, veteran, and a loving father to his children. He is passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals and transforming their lives the way his was.
