Meet the Trainers

Tasha Schaded, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Functional Aging Specialist, & Natural Figure Pro

Tasha started her journey in the health and fitness industry after struggling with her own weight issues. Having never been an athlete or had experience working out, losing weight was difficult and overwhelming. She hired a local trainer and after seeing amazing results in such a short time she became passionate about wanting to help others achieve the same success. Tasha studied and achieved her National Academy of Sports Medicine Certification and began training in 2008. She challenged herself in 2012 to do a bodybuilding competition and went on to coach other women to reach their goals of walking across the stage.

Bodybuilding isn't for everyone, but if it's something you're thinking about doing, Tasha not only transforms your body, but transforms and strengthens your mind to love and accept your best self! In 2016, Tasha won the open title, classic title and overall title in the Musclemainia Natural Figure Competition.

She's passionate about empowering women to believe in themselves. Her studio was created to give a private comfortable environment that women can come to feel safe and not judged. "My hope is you leave here feeling motivated, encouraged, strong, beautiful and ready to take on the day!"

Tasha loves the Lord, is a happy wife, loves to brag on her 3 amazing children, sings at Church Unlimited and enjoys spending time with her friends!

She worked as a trainer at Platypus Fitness Center for 4.5 years with her first client being 80 years young! That initial experience sparked her passion for seniors with a focus on balance and gait training, injury and fall prevention, joint replacement surgery preparation and recovery. Along with senior fitness, Bre also specialized in women's fitness. She works with women of ALL AGES to help them gain strength, build confidence and lose weight. Lauren Coleman, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Senior Fitness Specialist

Lauren is originally from Kentucky, loves playing sports (retired Rugby player) and enjoys eating pizza as often as possible. Lauren’s original career plan wasn’t fitness focused, she sought to use her business and economics degree to pursue a corporate lifestyle like her father, but after losing her Grandpa due to a fall she started to change her plan. As she continued to see her grandparents struggle with mobility she took a chance and went for her Bachelors of Science in Movement and Sports Sciences at Purdue University. During her time at Purdue she gained experience with biomechanics and mobility through her research with slips, trips, and falls in older and younger adults. In addition to her research she trained one on one with clients at a local retirement facility to put her education to use. Now, living in Corpus Christi, she is finishing her Masters in Kinesiology in order to better serve her clients. She is excited to share her knowledge of fitness and mobility to ensure you get to live your best life, no matter your age.
